Resumen

La transformación digital de la educación superior ha incrementado la necesidad de desarrollar estrategias tecnológicas y diseños de ingeniería orientadas al bienestar emocional estudiantil en entornos virtuales. El objetivo de este trabajo fue hacer un diseño de ingeniería para el apoyo en el control de la ansiedad en entornos universitarios digitales. El estudio presentó un enfoque cuantitativo con diseño cuasi experimental y participación de 240 estudiantes universitarios distribuidos en grupo experimental y grupo de control. La plataforma integró monitoreo emocional, análisis predictivo y mecanismos de intervención adaptativa mediante algoritmos de aprendizaje automático. Los resultados evidenciaron una reducción significativa de ansiedad, estrés y carga cognitiva en el grupo experimental, así como altos niveles de precisión predictiva en los modelos implementados. Se concluye que la inteligencia artificial adaptativa representa una alternativa viable para fortalecer ecosistemas educativos digitalmente más humanos y preventivos.
