Resumen
Se presenta una propuesta integral para el desarrollo de infraestructuras turísticas resilientes e inteligentes en zonas de alta demanda, a partir de principios de ingeniería sostenible. A través de un modelo técnico con simulaciones estructurales, energéticas y climáticas, se demuestra la viabilidad de implementar soluciones que optimicen el desempeño operativo, reduzcan impactos ambientales y fortalezcan la adaptación al cambio climático. Los resultados validan el enfoque multidimensional, destacando su aplicabilidad práctica, su coherencia normativa y su potencial replicabilidad. Se concluye que la convergencia entre tecnología, sostenibilidad y participación social es clave para transformar el turismo del futuro.
